PART OF THE #PRIDE: Sinitta, Vicky Pattison and Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall lead Pride celebrations in London as Nick Grimshaw announces ‘it’s coming homo’

 

Stars were out in force to mark the annual event and were dressed to impress in rainbow print

SINITTA, Vicky Pattison and Jade Thirlwall were among the celebrities posting messages of support and celebrating as Pride took place in London today.

Singer Sinitta, 54, took to the stage in Trafalgar Square in a particularly eye catching outfit during the annual parade.

Vicky Pattison shared a shot of herself wearing a plunging rainbow print swimsuit.

The 30-year-old wrote alongside it: “Love is love. Enjoy #pride everyone.”

Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall posted a photo of herself in a rainbow-striped top on Instagram and told fans: "To all of our LGBTQ+ fans...we LOVE you for who you are and are born to be.

"Pride is a time to come together, to celebrate and spread love and acceptance without exception whilst learning and knowing the history of why Pride exists in the first place.

The So Macho hitmaker, has taken a backseat from recording music in recent years, but hopes to make a comeback with her new single.

She put on a sizzling performance as she displayed her model prowess across the stage, as backing dancers dressed in rainbow coloured clothes oozed energy.

Kylie Minogue joined in the celebrations writing "Happy #Pride London!!" on Twitter, with heart and rainbow emojis.

Comedian Russell Brand said: "Happy #PRIDE - Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, trans-folk and Queers - "It's coming OUT!”

He wasn’t the only one to make a football reference in his post, as Nicholas Grimshaw cheekily declared:

“OMG if England win AND it’s Pride....It’s Coming Homo!”

Alexandra Burke also took to the stage, as did Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
